If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it either from the login screen or through your account settings after logging in.

Option 1: Reset from the Login Screen

  1. Tap Forgot Password? on the login screen.

  2. Enter your registered email address.

  3. You will receive a verification code via email.

  4. Enter the code (or tap Resend Code if needed).

  5. Create a new password and confirm it.

  6. Log in using your new password.

Option 2: Reset Through Account Settings

  1. Go to your Profile.

  2. Open Privacy & Security Settings.

  3. Select Set Password.

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Password Requirements

Your new password must include:

  • At least 8 characters

  • One uppercase letter

  • One lowercase letter

  • One special character
