MaaarPay Referral Program — Terms

1. How It Works

Invite friends, earn rewards. Every MaaarPay user has a personal referral code. When someone signs up using your code and meets the qualification conditions, you both receive a reward. The reward amounts, currencies, qualification thresholds, and campaign dates are defined by the referral campaign active at the time your friend registers — see the current campaign details in the app.

2. Eligibility

• Referral rewards are only available while a referral campaign is running. Sign-ups outside a campaign period do not earn rewards, even when a valid code is used.
• Your friend must be a new MaaarPay user. Each person can receive a welcome bonus only once — one account per verified identity.
• Both you and your friend must complete identity verification (KYC) to receive rewards.

3. How Rewards Are Paid

• Rewards may first appear in your account as pending. A pending reward becomes yours only once its qualification conditions (defined by the campaign) are met.
• Pending rewards that don’t qualify within the campaign’s qualification window expire and are removed from both accounts.
• Qualified rewards may be subject to a short confirmation period before payout, to allow for refunds and reversals.
• Where a campaign requires your friend to spend a minimum amount, only spending of their own funds counts — bonus or promotional balances don’t count.
• If a qualifying purchase is refunded or reversed, it no longer counts toward qualification, and a reward that hasn’t been paid out yet may return to pending or expire.

4. Campaign Changes

• The reward amounts and conditions in effect at the time of your friend’s registration apply to that referral, even if the campaign ends or changes afterwards. A friend who registered during a campaign period keeps the full qualification window defined by that campaign.
• MaaarPay may modify, pause, or end the referral program or any campaign at any time. Changes never remove rewards already pending for friends who registered before the change.

5. Fair Use and Fraud

• Referral rewards are subject to our fraud and abuse checks.
• Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, circumventing identity verification, or any other abuse of the program will result in rewards being cancelled or reclaimed, and may lead to account suspension.
• MaaarPay’s determination of abuse is final.

6. General

• Rewards have no cash value outside the MaaarPay platform and are non-transferable except as the platform allows.
• These terms are governed by the MaaarPay Terms of Service. Where a specific campaign’s terms conflict with this document, the campaign terms apply to that campaign.
